At DAB TEX INC, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please carefully review our return and refund policy:
1. Print Quality Responsibility
· The quality of the uploaded design files is the responsibility of the customer.
· DAB TEX INC is not responsible for print quality issues caused by low resolution, incorrect color profiles, or design errors.
· Orders with print quality or compatibility issues will be reprinted, except when the issue is due to low-quality files.
· Refund or reprint requests for reasons other than print quality issues require management approval.
2. Return Policy for DTF Print Orders
· If you are picking up your order from our store, you must inspect the product before accepting it.
· Once the product leaves the store, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
· For orders shipped by courier, if the product is damaged or defective, you must provide a photo showing the defect.
· If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
3. Return Policy for DTF Supplies
· If DTF supplies (e.g., film rolls, powder, ink) arrive damaged or defective, you must provide a photo showing the defect.
· If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
· Returns or exchanges for products that are not defective or are simply disliked will not be accepted.
4. No Returns for Custom and Personalized Orders
· All custom and personalized orders are final sale and can only be replaced if they are defective.
5. No Returns for Pickup Orders
· Orders picked up from the store must be inspected at the time of pickup.
· Once the order leaves the store, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
6. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange (if applicable), please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info@dabtex.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or defect.
3. After reviewing your request, we will notify you if your return or exchange is approved.
4. If approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
7. Payment Methods
· We accept payments via PayPal, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and cash.
· All personal and payment information is securely protected through encryption.
8. Refunds
· No cash refunds will be issued.
· If an exchange is not possible due to the product being out of stock, a store credit will be provided.
· Refunds are only issued if the product cannot be replaced with a new one.
