All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer the following shipping methods:

· Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

· Overnight Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer next-day delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions or carrier delays).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with an address outside of the U.S. will not be processed.

6. Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance as an optional service during checkout. If you choose to purchase shipping insurance, your order will be covered for lost or damaged goods during

transit. Without shipping insurance, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items once the shipment leaves our facility.

7. Delivery Issues and Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you with tracking and resolving any issues.

8. Returns for Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days from the delivery date with photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

9. Local Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your order directly from our store, you can select the Pickup option during checkout. Pickup is available at our location:
