a. In-Store Purchases: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products purchased directly from our store.
b. Items Shipped by Courier: If there is a defect or damage to the product, you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt, including a photo of the defective item. In such cases, the defective product will be replaced at no extra cost.
c. DTF Materials: If the DTF materials are damaged (e.g., broken, defective), we will replace them at no additional cost. However, we do not offer replacements for items that are simply not liked by the customer.
d. Pickup Products: No returns or exchanges are accepted for pickup items.
7. Payment Security
Payments on our website are processed securely. We accept payments through PayPal, Zelle, credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment information is encrypted and protected, and will not be shared with third parties.
